Online Return Policy
Our Online Return policy is different than our In Store policy as we understand that customers have purchased an item without seeing it first. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return.
Beauport Boutique accepts returns provided that the items are returned within 10 days of the date of the order was received. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
Beauport Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or
exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Call the Beauport Boutique at 978 491- 5062 and receive a Return
Authorization number. Ship your merchandise along with copies of original receipts to the following address: Beauport Hotel 55 Commercial Street Gloucester, MA - Attention: Kathy Cuddyer Beauport Boutique. Please write your
return authorization on the outside of the package. - Since brick and mortar location is closed right now due to the COVID-19 virus, please send returns to:Kathy Cuddyer
